The international architectural competition Micro Eco House is intended for young architects, designers, landscape architects and applied artists up to the age of 30 and faculty students from the above fields. The concept of a micro house represents unique archaic objects located in nature, which are theoretically based on the idea of a minimalist house, whose focus is on its functional and form aspects, but also on social issues. It represents a possible answer to the question of the existential minimum for residence.
Since there is no restriction as for the location of the object, it can be situated on a hypothetical location of any size, in the city or in the countryside, anywhere in the world.
The condition is that the total area of the building is not less than 8m2 nor more than 25m2 of indoor space. Open spaces such as porches, terraces, roof green areas and canopies are not calculated in the prescribed size span.
- A conceptual system should be proposed for electricity generation.
- The existence of a system for collecting and filtering atmospheric water
- Develop a waste management strategy
